Nick Sardone joined the company as a broker associate in October, 2008, to provide strategic real estate advice to Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine's corporate clients. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Caine, Nick was a Senior Vice President of CRESA Partners in New York City, working as a tenant representative broker for five years. He also advised several foreign clients in the acquisition of property in the United States. Prior to 2002, he was Managing Director of the Strategic Agency Services Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He was responsible for overseeing asset management services for more than 55 properties, totaling over 25 MSF. Major clients included United Business Media, Allied Irish Bank, Bloomberg, LP and Amazon.com. Nick has over 35 years of real experience including brokerage, asset management, acquisition and disposition, mortgage lending, and appraisal. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Vice President with Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. At Citicorp he was responsible for the leasing and sale of a large portfolio of properties located throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region with property types that included CBD and suburban office, retail and industrial space, as well as various development parcels. Prior to Citicorp, Nick worked at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. as a Director in the New York metropolitan area where he was responsible for investment management of an extensive portfolio of office buildings in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey. He also worked for Southmerk/Environ Capital Corp., and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company. Nick is a graduate of Ramapo College and New York University Real Estate Institute. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina and has earned the MRICS (Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) designation.
